No, he's not from S.H.I.E.L.D. nor is he Captain America... as far as I know.

Well, this is what he wanted. I e-mailed him a prototype version but now that I can see his Facebook page, I can complete the costume, which was apparently missing something.

I think this "hero" was representing the company I work for. That would explain the design on the shield.
